With extensive experience of events and weddings we know two events are never the same. We tailor our menu to suit your needs and taste, whilst stocking quality artisanal spirits and garnishes.
The Gin Truck offers completely bespoke packages for any occasion. We work closely with the Royal Oak Gin Bar where you can sample over 127 gins, 30 mixers and over a thousand different flavour combinations for you to work through!

We are happy to talk you through each or gins and botanicals so you can create your very own bespoke menu.

With a constantly evolving cocktail menu, you’ll always have something new to try. Tell us what you like and our team will concoct you something special for your event.
We are based in Wiltshire and cover a 10 mile area, however we can cater further a field for an additional cost.
We are normally booked anywhere from 9 to 18 months in advance for weddings and 4 to 6 months in advance for private and corporate events. In some cases we are able to organise catering with short notice.
When you would like to secure a booking we take a non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total amount. The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks before the wedding or event.
We need access to a 32amp power socket and water.
We advise allowing space for one of our largest units 18ft x 8.2ft plus a towing vehicle of 14ft x 8ft. If you are limited on space please let us know before booking so that we can try and allocate you a small unit.
Yes, we have public liability insurance, staff trained to Level 3 in food safety as standard. We are also registered with Council and have been awarded a Level 5 hygiene rating.
Yes, Usually we will have an team to set up any equipment needed. Sometimes we will be able to do this on the day before, if we have access.
However we will discuss your requirements with you prior to the event and are happy to arrange things differently if necessary.
Absolutely! From custom cocktails, all time favourites drinks and classic champagne toast with a twist, we are here make your special day perfect.
We can provide everything from mocktails, no alcoholic beer/spirits, soft drinks, tea and coffee.
